Who I am?

Born and raised in South East of France and for generations, I work as a chef since 2015. I worked in many different luxury hotels and Michelin stars restaurants in France and in New Zealand.
It’s while I was travelling 6 months in South East Asia, I learnt from their cultures and their food.
Grateful of those years spent abroad, I have decided to open my own business, my food truck.

Only using seasonal products and some from overseas, Marion’s Cuisine will amaze your taste buds. Discover of typical dish where I travelled, and also mix of original flavors with techniques and French revisited dishes.
