Who I am?
Born and raised in South East of France and for generations, I work as a chef since 2015. I worked in many different luxury hotels and Michelin stars restaurants in France and in New Zealand.
It’s while I was travelling 6 months in South East Asia, I learnt from their cultures and their food.
Grateful of those years spent abroad, I have decided to open my own business, my food truck.

With her food truck, Marion’s Cuisine offer you a healthy, creative, authentic and eco friendly cuisine next to your workplace or for all your private events as birthdays, weddings, business meetings.
Only using seasonal products and some from overseas, Marion’s Cuisine will amaze your taste buds. Discover of typical dish where I travelled, and also mix of original flavors with techniques and French revisited dishes.
